Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business owners’ group. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing communications, and assisting with strategic initiatives to foster member engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage weekly Tuesday meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, handling emails, reminders, and updates.
- Documentation & Follow-Up:Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure accountability among members.
- Member Engagement: Facilitate networking by maintaining member profiles, connecting business owners, and encouraging participation.
- Logistics & Admin: Manage virtual/physical meeting setups, materials, and member onboarding.
- Growth Support: Assist in organizing workshops, guest speakers, and growth-focused initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
