Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Executive's daily calendar, appointments, meetings and schedules.
Coordinate meetings, calls, conferences and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact between the Executive and internal teams, clients and business partners.
Handle emails, calls and official correspondence professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, documents and business-related materials.
Take meeting notes and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
Ensure timely follow-up on meetings, action points and pending tasks.
Track important deadlines, deliverables and commitments.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
Assist in organising business meetings, conferences and events.
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries.
Maintain confidential files, documents and business information with complete discretion.
Conduct research and compile relevant information, reports and data as required.
Assist the Executive with day-to-day operational, administrative and business activities.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and external agencies whenever required.
Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across all business functions.
Handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements:
Male candidates preferred.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in supporting Senior Management / Leadership will be preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills are mandatory.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and professional email communication.
Candidate should be proactive, organised and capable of handling confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
