3. Organization: Expert at multitasking and managing tight deadlines across different time zones.
4. Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
5. Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing or research-oriented role is highly preferred.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage employee reimbursements, travel expense tracking, and financial coordination for the Mumbai Dabbawala operations. The role involves monitoring daily operational expenses, ensuring timely reimbursements, maintaining financial records, and supporting smooth financial management of field staff.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify travel reimbursements of Dabbawala employees.
Maintain records of daily collection, delivery expenses, and allowances.
Monitor and track local travel costs (train passes, bus fares, fuel expenses, etc.).
Prepare monthly expense reports and financial summaries.
Ensure timely settlement of employee claims.
Coordinate with team leaders for expense approvals.
Maintain petty cash and reconcile accounts.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for operations.
Maintain proper documentation and digital records of all transactions.
Support payroll inputs related to reimbursements.
