Email Chat Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to corporate client queries via email in a timely and professional manner.

• Understand client requirements and provide accurate information and resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and follow up on pending requests.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions, queries, and service requests.

• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and turnaround times.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

• Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all client communications.

• Prepare reports and MIS related to client queries and service requests.

• Manage multiple client queries and follow-ups effectively.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong email drafting and communication skills.

• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with relevant experience in Email Support, Customer Service, Client Servicing, or Banking Operations will be preferred.

Compensation

• In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

• CTC: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month
