Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented EDP Executive with experience in the automobile industry to manage data processing, reporting, and system support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of MS Access and MS Excel and be comfortable handling large volumes of operational data. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage data related to automobile operations (sales, service, Create, update, and manage databases using MS Access Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely entry of data Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts teams for data requirements Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for management Ensure data security and proper backup procedure. Proven experience as an EDP Executive in the automobile sector Strong proficiency in MS Access (tables, queries, forms, reports) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Good analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Knowledge of DMS/ERP systems used in automobile dealership
