Job Title: Documentation Engineer

Department: Engineering / Project Documentation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–5 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Engineer to manage engineering and project-related documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, updating, and controlling technical documents to ensure accuracy, proper record-keeping, and timely submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain engineering and project documentation.

• Create, update, and organize technical reports, drawings, specifications, manuals, and records.

• Maintain proper document filing systems, both physical and digital.

• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams for document collection and updates.

• Track document revisions, approvals, and submission status.

• Maintain document registers and databases.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports and project documentation as required.

• Ensure documents comply with company standards and procedures.

• Handle confidential company and project information responsibly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, or relevant Engineering field.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical documents.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or document management software will be an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
