Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-Commerce Order Processing Executive to process orders. The candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in order processing.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely order processing for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Handle returns, replacement stock, and damaged products
Return Scanning and Claim Filing
Sorting Returns and Placing on Rack
Make new stock sheets

Key Requirements:

Must have knowledge of Excel
Must have knowledge of processing orders through Unicommerce/ OMS Guru
Knowledge of filing claims on different panels.
