E-commerce Operations Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our online selling business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and upload product listings on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon.
- Write product titles, descriptions and search keywords.
- Upload product images and manage product pricing.
- Process orders and coordinate with courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory, order status, returns and cancellations.
- Handle daily marketplace operations and resolve listing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate product and order records.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon Seller Panel will be preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
- Must be responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
