Order processing for different panels- Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, Shiprocket. Checking & resolving tickets for all panels. Sharing the relevant information on all tickets in order to get them resolved. Taking follow-ups from account managers and concerned persons to solve the tickets. Answering emails. Raising claims for wrong returns.
