Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, and improving overall online customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams
Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions (SEO basics)
Run and monitor online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Track daily sales performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams
Ensure smooth functioning of the website and marketplace accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Understanding of online customer behavior and sales funnel
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
Experience with product catalog management
Familiarity with order management systems
