Role Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce and logistics operations—from order processing to last-mile delivery—across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage online orders, returns, listings, and inventory

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries

• Ensure warehouse-stock alignment and efficient dispatch

• Track KPIs and improve process efficiency

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business/Supply Chain/Commerce

• 2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce & logistics

• Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

• Strong coordination and Excel/reporting skills
