Ecommerce Operations Executive

Position: E-commerce Sales Coordinator/Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Sales Coordinator/Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage end-to-end account operations across major e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).

·         Strategize, implement, and monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and profitability.

·         Analyze sales performance, inventory management, and profitability to ensure optimal stock levels and healthy margins.

·         Maintain and enhance relationships with account managers of e-commerce platforms to facilitate smooth operations and problem resolution.

·         Stay updated with platform algorithms, policies, and trends to leverage growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in managing and scaling sales on e-commerce platforms.

·         Proficiency in handling seller portals and dashboards.

·         Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, inventory trends, and profitability metrics.

·         Hands-on experience in supply chain management specific to e-commerce logistics.

·         Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with platform account managers, internal teams, and customers.

Preferred Experience:

·         Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing accounts on major e-commerce platforms.

·         Background in retail, consumer goods, or related fields preferred.
