Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team UPARKOM NETWORK PVT LTD. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get 10K-15K salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, pricing, images, categories, variants).

• Manage catalog health: fix suppressed/blocked listings, ensure correct GST, HSN, FBA/Non-FBA settings, and compliance with marketplace policies.

• Process daily orders: check new orders on Seller Central/Seller Hub, confirm/dispatch within SLA, print invoices and shipping labels.

• Coordinate with packing team for timely dispatch, track exceptions (RTO, delivery issues, late shipment risk).

• Handle customer messages, returns, and claims (SAFE‑T, return disputes, negative feedback removal) professionally within marketplace timelines.

• Monitor key metrics: account health, cancellation rate, late dispatch, returns %, ratings/reviews, and prepare basic daily/weekly reports in Excel.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies and resolve promptly.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 Year Working Experience. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
