Job Description

  • Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify & other e-commerce platforms.

  • Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions & images.

  • Manage orders, inventory, pricing and product updates.

  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with the dispatch team.

  • Monitor sales, returns, RTO and marketplace performance.

  • Prepare basic sales and inventory reports in Excel.

  • Coordinate with courier partners and resolve delivery issues.

  • Experience with e-commerce dashboards and marketplace operations preferred
