• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across website and marketplaces
• Process incoming orders, verify details, and coordinate dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock in real time
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for timely shipping
• Handle order tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution
• Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog accuracy
• Upload new products with correct descriptions and images
• Ensure marketplace compliance and policy adherence
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds smoothly
• Prepare daily sales and operations reports
• Monitor payment reconciliation and settlement records
• Coordinate with customer support for order-related queries
