Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and sales reporting across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio and other marketplaces.

Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.

Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

Download and analyze sales reports, settlement reports, and GST-related reports.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.

Track marketplace performance, promotions, and sales campaigns

Ensure product catalog accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.
