Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings (uploading, editing, and updating products)
Handle orders, returns, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics and vendors for smooth order processing
Monitor inventory and update stock regularly
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Work on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Track sales performance and generate reports

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of product SEO (titles, keywords, descriptions)
Basic understanding of digital marketing
Experience in handling online marketplaces
