Aapka main kaam hamari digital presence ko optimize karna, sales badhana, aur customer experience ko behtar banana hoga.Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)Platform Management: Amazon, Flipkart aur hamari apni Shopify/Magento website par products list karna aur unhe manage karna.Inventory & Pricing: Stock levels ko monitor karna aur competitors ke hisaab se pricing strategy update karna.Content Optimization: Product titles, descriptions, aur images ko SEO-friendly banana taaki search rankings behtar ho sakein.Order Fulfillment: Logistics team ke saath coordination karke orders ko time par deliver karwana aur returns ko manage karna.Digital Marketing: Facebook Ads, Google Ads aur Marketplace ads (AMS) ke performance ko track karna.Data Analysis: Weekly aur monthly sales reports taiyar karna aur growth ke liye naye ideas dena.Required Skills (Zaroori Hunar)Experience: 2-4 saal ka experience ecommerce management mein.Technical: Shopify, WooCommerce, ya Marketplace panels (Seller Central) ki achhi samajh.SEO/SEM: Basic knowledge ki keyword research kaise hoti hai.Analytical: MS Excel mein expert hona zaroori hai (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Communication: English aur Hindi mein baat karne aur likhne ki achhi kshamta.Preferred QualificationsDigital Marketing ya Business Management mein degree/diploma.Paid advertising (PPC) ka purana anubhav (experience).Working BenefitsCompetitive salary aur performance bonuses.Nayi technologies par kaam karne ka mauka.Health insurance aur flexible working hours.
