Manage end-to-end order processing, including fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch for daily orders during peak periods.
• Handle customer inquiries via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and email, resolving issues like sizing, COD payments and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using tools like Google Sheets or basic ERP, conducting checks to prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with the creative team on product listings, updating website and Instagram shop with high-quality photos and SEO-optimized descriptions.
• Implement quality checks on outgoing jewelry sets to uphold artisanal standards, minimizing returns .
