We are a high-volume, fast-growing online retail brand specializing in premium collectibles and toys. We are looking for a highly reliable, organized, and independent Operations Executive to handle our daily order fulfillment and storefront management. We pay fairly and highly for those who take ownership of their work and show up consistently.
Core Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process, pack, and dispatch daily customer orders with 100% accuracy. Manage shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch.
Inventory Management: Track and organize physical stock, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate logs using inventory management software (e.g., Box Hero).
Shopify Management: Upload new product listings, format descriptions, update stock quantities, and ensure the website catalog is always accurate.
Office Administration: Keep the packing and inventory workspace highly organized and assist with general daily office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Absolute Reliability: Punctual, professional, and capable of working independently without needing constant supervision.
E-commerce Experience: Prior experience using Shopify or managing online retail fulfillment is highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle high-volume days calmly while ensuring the right products get to the right customers.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new inventory and storefront software quickly.
