🔹 Job Overview:

Techno Brainz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our multiple online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end operations including product listings, order management, inventory control, vendor coordination, and logistics.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• Monitor inventory levels, returns, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

• Ensure timely processing of orders, dispatch, and tracking

• Handle customer queries, reviews, and resolve complaints efficiently

• Coordinate with design/content teams for listing updates and A+ content

• Generate weekly performance reports (sales, returns, traffic, ads, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal marketing & product teams for growth strategies

• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and best practices

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations

• Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier, etc.

• Familiarity with product uploading, pricing, cataloging, and keyword optimization

• Basic Excel & data analysis skills

• Excellent coordination, communication & problem-solving skills

• Experience with tools like Unicommerce, Shiprocket, or similar is a plus
