Ecommerce Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and enhance our online sales channels, ensure accurate product listings, optimize content, and drive sales growth. You will oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing: Ensure accurate and timely listings of new products across various e-commerce platforms.

• Order Dispatching: Coordinate the dispatch process to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries.

• Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders to ensure they reach customers on time.

• Customer Query Handling: Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Product Detail Updates: Keep product information current, including descriptions, prices, and stock availability.

Candidate Profile

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) preferred.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for online retail and customer service.
