Back Office Ecommerce Operations Executive

SticknStyle is a fast-growing personalized gifting and labeling brand that creates customized products for families, schools, businesses, and special occasions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & E-commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day operations and help streamline our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth order flow.

• Process customer orders received through our website, marketplaces, and other sales channels.

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, IndiaMART, and other online platforms.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock availability.

• Manage order data, inventory reports, and operational spreadsheets.

• Coordinate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor marketplace orders, returns, and customer reviews.

• Assist in improving operational processes and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Perform general administrative and operational tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, customer support, or order management.

• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, IndiaMART, or similar marketplaces will be preferred.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and take ownership of responsibilities.

• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing is a plus.
