Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

  • Manage and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and catalog details.

  • Implement SEO and keyword research strategies to improve product visibility and rankings.

  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and overall marketplace performance.

  • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, seasonal campaigns and product launches.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends, pricing and product positioning.

  • Develop and monitor pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

  • Manage inventory levels and stock availability to prevent stockouts and overselling.

  • Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, returns, refunds and replacements.

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve product pages, customer engagement and conversion rates.

  • Analyze customer feedback and marketplace data to improve product performance and customer experience.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports for management.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, design, accounts and customer support teams.

  • Monitor marketplace account health, policy compliance and catalog requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margins and expand marketplace presence.

  • Lead and guide the e-commerce team to achieve sales and operational targets.
