📝 Job Description:

We are hiring a Back Office Executive to join our growing team at Shyam Creation. The ideal candidate will support administrative tasks, manage order entries, handle documentation, and assist in day-to-day operations of our clothing business.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Order processing and data entry (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon etc.)

• Coordinating with warehouse/inventory team

• Preparing invoices and maintaining records

• Email & WhatsApp communication with clients/customers

• Maintaining Excel sheets and database management

• Support front-end staff with backend operations

📋 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Prior experience in textile back office (preferred but not mandatory)

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

🕒 Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary:

As per experience and industry standards
