Ecommerce Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
After initial training provided by us, candidate will undertake following responsibilities.

• Manage incoming orders and issue invoices using the Zoho CRM.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.

• Record, Manage, and Track shipments.

• Coordinate with courier company for proper delivery.

• Address post-sales queries and escalate to the appropriate department.

• Speak to customer and inform them about order status , resolve queries and disputes.
  
  Eligibility Criteria:
  

• Graduate/Undergraduate

• Age: 18 - 25 years

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable with English and Hindi

• Knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
