Key Responsibilities:
Website Management: Maintain and update the company's e-commerce website, ensuring functionality and optimal product listings (descriptions, visuals, SEO).
Digital Marketing: Develop and execute online campaigns (email, PPC, social media) to drive traffic and conversions.
Sales & Strategy: Implement strategies to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and conduct competitor analysis.
Data Analysis: Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify improvements and report on business outcomes.
Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping journey, manage customer inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, IT, supply chain, and design teams for integrated initiatives.
Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock levels, product information accuracy, and order fulfillment processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRM, and digital marketing principles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field often preferred.
