Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to take full ownership of managing our brand’s presence on international marketplaces such as Amazon.com, Etsy.com, and eBay.com. This is a multi-tasking role that includes everything from listings and inventory tracking to quality control, Excel reporting, and campaign setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon.com, Etsy.com, eBay.com, and similar global platforms.

• Conduct product quality checks before packaging to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Use MS Excel to manage inventory, track stock movement, and generate sales/performance reports.

• Coordinate with packaging and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Analyze competition, update pricing and keywords, and regularly refresh product pages for better visibility.

• Plan and execute promotions and marketing campaigns on the platforms.

• Monitor reviews, returns, and feedback to continuously improve listings and service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with international marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay is mandatory (1–2 years minimum preferred).

• Strong Excel skills – knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data handling is required.

• Good understanding of product SEO, keyword research, and e-commerce listing best practices.

• Familiarity with inventory and courier software/tools is a bonus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Good communication in English (written and verbal).

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
