Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming orders through ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Verify order details (product codes, quantities, customer information, payment status) before confirmation
Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure availability and dispatch of products
Generate and manage invoices, order confirmations, and shipping labels
Maintain accurate records of orders, returns.
Work closely with the customer service team to manage escalations or delivery issues
Prepare regular reports on order processing metrics (e.g., order volume, delay reports, returns rate)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Advance Excel knowledge
Basic knowledge of inventory management
