Work profile for E-commerce Execu1ve:

1. Scheduling orders on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & Brand Website and

downloading labels/manifest as per orders.

2. Operating printer and computer for day-to-day tasks.

3. Creating Warehouse Shipments for Amazon, Flipkart and Blinkit as per the

Transfer Invoice shared by the team.

4. Data entry of daily sales/ daily packing / daily stocks on google sheets or Zoho

Inventory tool.

5. Inventory management and creating triggers for low stock items.

6. Should know how to write an email and manage gmail properly.

7. Should know how to use MicrosoR word and Excel.

8. CoordinaDng with Account managers for various tasks.

9. ReporDng daily to Manager for sales/inventory and next plannings.

10. Working closely with packing team to help them finish the order packing, as per

the schedule of pickup boy.

11. should know how to write emails in professional manner.
