Job Description

We are hiring E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Interns for our cosmetics business.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to confirm orders.
Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with courier partners for order dispatch and delivery.
Track shipments and follow up on pending or returned orders (RTO).
Update and maintain order details in MS Excel.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Confident while speaking on phone calls.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic computer skills.
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Freshers and college students can apply.
