Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Description :-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and within defined timelines.
Update delivery status and shipment details on a regular basis.
Coordinate with courier partners for order dispatch, tracking, and delivery.
Follow up on pending, delayed, and escalated orders.
Assist in reshipping and reverse pickup activities.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records on internal portals and trackers.
Support order cancellations, address corrections, and customer requests.
Maintain daily MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Adhere to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Assist in inventory checks and maintain order-related documentation.
Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce, Customer Support, or Supply Chain.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & E-mail
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
