Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon & eBay seller accounts.
Create & optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images).
Handle catalog uploads, pricing, promotions, and stock management.
Run & monitor advertising campaigns (PPC).
Answer customer queries, returns, and reviews.
Generate weekly reports on sales, ads, and performance.
Requirements:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central / eBay Seller Hub.
Knowledge of e-commerce SEO & keyword research.
Comfortable with Excel/Sheets for reporting.
Good communication in English (French/other languages is a plus).
Prior experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
