Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as ••Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor and process orders, shipments, and returns.
Handle customer messages, complaints, and A-to-Z claims.
Track inventory levels and update stock regularly.
Coordinate with courier/shipping partners for dispatch and delivery tracking.
Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns to increase sales.
Analyze sales reports and improve product performance.
Maintain accurate product data and pricing.
