Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive for our jewellery ecommerce business.

This is primarily a computer-based ecommerce role involving product listings, seller panels, order processing and inventory records. It is not a warehouse job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update jewellery listings on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra
• Upload product images, titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs and stock details
• Manage ecommerce seller panels and daily customer orders
• Print invoices, shipping labels and order documents
• Maintain product, order and inventory records in Excel or Google Sheets
• Update stock after sales, returns and new inventory arrivals
• Track returns, exchanges, RTOs and cancelled orders
• Coordinate courier pickups and order dispatches
• Check and pack jewellery orders when required
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools for product listings and routine work

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail
• Honest, punctual and organised
• Willingness to learn ecommerce seller panels and AI tools

Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, product listings or ecommerce operations will be an advantage. Freshers willing to learn may apply.

Female candidates preferred. Preference will be given to candidates from West Delhi, especially those living near Uttam Nagar East Metro Station.
