Are you passionate about E-commerce, digital marketing, and operational excellence? We're looking for a driven E-commerce Operations & Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Novocom Ventures Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, website activities, customer engagement, and brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace & Website Management: Handle product listings, pricing, content updates, and optimizations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and our D2C website.

• Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Communicate effectively with vendors, channel representatives, courier partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

• Brand Marketing & Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation, customer engagement initiatives, and building a strong brand presence.

• Campaign Development: Support in creating marketing campaigns, advertising strategies, and promotional content.

• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the brand's image across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in any discipline

• 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic marketing tools

• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

• A proactive and creative mindset with attention to detail

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
