Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for an e-commerce executive to join our team at H2H Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of 18k to 20k and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Handling Amazon and Flipkart seller central panels

• Order processing

• Manage return

• Manage Safe-T claim.

• Create listing amazon A+ content

• Manage FBA Shipment Manage FBA returns
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate degree and experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days during the day shift.
