Job Title: - E-commerce Executive / E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Description: -

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations and order processing.

Responsibilities: -

Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify

Upload products with correct price, images, and descriptions

Process online orders, returns, and exchanges

Coordinate with courier/logistics partners

Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, or email

Maintain sales, inventory, and order reports (Excel)

Monitor stock availability and update listings accordingly

Requirements: -

Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces

Knowledge of product listing & order management

Basic to good MS Excel skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Attention to detail and time management

Eligibility: -

Graduate preferred (B.Com / BBA / Any stream)

1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time
