Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our company’s online sales and presence. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online business operations. You will be responsible for developing strategies to drive online sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)

• Develop and implement effective online sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics

• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for product uploads, promotions, and campaigns

• Handle inventory management and ensure product availability online

• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to increase visibility and sales

• Manage online advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and SEO activities

• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on sales, trends, and ROI

• Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues

• Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce management or online sales

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience in managing social media and online ad campaigns

• Familiarity with Excel, reporting tools, and marketplace analytics

• Creative approach to product promotion and brand visibility

Salary: As per industry standards

Reporting To: Head – Sales & Marketing / Business Manager

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
