Job Role: E-commerce Operations Executive का मुख्य काम हमारे सभी ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, आदि) पर ऑर्डर और अकाउंट को मैनेज करना है।Key Responsibilities:सभी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल्स से दैनिक ऑर्डर डाउनलोड करना और प्रोसेस करना।शिपिंग लेबल जनरेट करना और आवश्यक डेटा एंट्री करना।वेयरहाउस/पैकिंग स्टाफ को ऑर्डर सौंपना और पैकिंग की सही प्रक्रिया को सुनिश्चित करना।इन्वेंटरी (Stock) का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना और स्टॉक की उपलब्धता चेक करना।रिटर्न (RTO) और ग्राहक के रिटर्न (Customer Returns) को हैंडल करना।
