Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in marketplace operations, product listing optimization, advertising campaigns, SEO, sales growth, inventory management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Create, update, and optimize product listings.

- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

- Handle catalog management, pricing updates, and promotions.

Marketplace SEO

- Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.

- Improve product rankings and visibility on marketplaces.

- Monitor competitor listings and implement SEO strategies to increase organic sales.

Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meesho advertising campaigns.

- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other marketplace advertising formats.

- Analyze advertising performance, ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively.

Sales & Growth Management

- Develop strategies to increase revenue and marketplace sales.

- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.

- Identify growth opportunities and launch new products successfully.

Inventory & Order Management

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

- Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Analytics & Reporting

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market performance.

- Provide actionable insights for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.

- 2–5+ years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other e-commerce marketplaces.

- Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO and product ranking factors.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace advertising platforms.

- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with inventory management systems.

- Knowledge of product photography and content optimization.

- Understanding of digital marketing, PPC, and conversion optimization.

- Experience in launching and scaling new products online.
