Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online business. The candidate will be responsible for handling shipments, inventory, and logistics panels efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process daily order shipments

Handle logistics panels (Shiprocket / courier dashboards)

Coordinate with courier partners for smooth deliveries and pickups

Maintain and update inventory records

Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of orders

Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues

Update data in Excel sheets / reports

Monitor stock levels and inform for restocking

Ensure smooth order fulfillment process

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of E-commerce operations

Familiarity with logistics panels is a plus

Basic Excel knowledge

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks
