Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, promotions, inventory coordination, performance analysis across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and update product listings with engaging titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.

 Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.

 Monitor and maintain healthy seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

 Handle daily operations including order processing, cancellations, and returns.

 Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and festive offers.

 Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and advertising performance.

Requirements:

 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations.

 Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and similar portals.

 Strong knowledge of SEO, product keyword research, and online advertising.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
