Job Description

1. मुख्य तकनीकी योग्यता (Technical Skills) :-

Marketplace Knowledge: Amazon, Flipkart और Meesho के सेलर पैनल (Seller Central) को ऑपरेट करने का अनुभव।

Listing & Cataloging: नए प्रोडक्ट्स को लिस्ट करना, सही 'Keywords' डालना और डिस्क्रिप्शन लिखना।

Excel Proficiency: स्टॉक और सेल्स का हिसाब रखने के लिए MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table जैसी बेसिक कमांड्स) की अच्छी जानकारी।

Order Management: रोज़ाना के ऑर्डर्स को प्रोसेस करना, शिपिंग लेबल निकालना और रिटर्न्स (RTO) को मैनेज करना।

2. सोशल मीडिया और बेसिक एडिटिंग :-

Social Media Handling: Instagram और Facebook पर पोस्ट डालना और ग्राहकों की 'Queries' का जवाब देना।

Basic Designing: Canva या किसी बेसिक टूल का उपयोग करके फोटो एडिट करना या साधारण पोस्टर बनाना।

3. व्यक्तिगत कौशल (Soft Skills) :-

Attention to Detail: स्टॉक और रेट (Quantity vs Rate) अपडेट करते समय गलतियां न करना।

Problem Solving: अगर कोई लिस्टिंग ब्लॉक हो जाए या पेमेंट में दिक्कत आए, तो सपोर्ट टीम से बात करके उसे सुलझाना।

Communication: सप्लायर्स और कोरियर पार्टनर्स के साथ तालमेल बिठाना।
