Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across major ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in product listing, data entry, inventory management, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be able to manage backend operations efficiently and provide analytical insights for sales and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra

• Ensure accurate and optimized product descriptions, images, and attributes

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments

• Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and other backend operations

• Perform data entry and record keeping for all ecommerce transactions

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales, returns, inventory, and performance

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

• Track and analyze product performance and provide actionable insights

• Ensure compliance with platform policies and updates

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in ecommerce operations

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) for MIS reporting

• Attention to detail in data entry and product uploads

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory if experience aligns well)

• Proficiency in English and local language

• Familiarity with ecommerce tools and dashboards
