Job Description – E-commerce Female Staff
(Order Processing / Product Listing / Stock Management)
(For Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)

E-commerce Executive (Female Candidate)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:

• Check daily orders from Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.

• Coordinate with the packing team for order details

• Download and attach shipping labels

• Keep orders ready for courier pickup

• Track delivery status and maintain daily reports

2. Product Listing:

• Create new product listings on various marketplaces

• Write product titles, descriptions, prices, and add relevant keywords

• Upload and organize product images

• Fix listing errors and ensure correct category, GST, variations (size/color), etc.

• Ensure all listings follow marketplace standards

3. Stock Management:

• Update stock/inventory on a daily basis

• Inform management about low-stock items

• Handle stock mismatches due to returns/exchanges

• Maintain inventory sheets and reports

4. Customer Support (If required):

• Respond to basic customer queries via WhatsApp or Call

• Handle return/refund cases on the seller panel

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Typing)

• Experience with Meesho / Flipkart / Amazon seller panel preferred

• Good communication and responsibility

• Female candidates preferred

Salary:
