Ecommerce Operations Executive

Manage end-to-end product cataloguing—product uploads, descriptions, pricing, categories, images, SEO tags.

Coordinate with clients/vendors to onboard products, manage inventory, and ensure accurate listing quality.

Monitor order lifecycle—order processing, invoicing, packing slip generation, dispatch tracking, returns, cancellations.

Ensure smooth POS operations for retail clients using BuzzCart’s POS module.

Manage customer queries, WhatsApp automation flows (via EngageX), campaigns, abandoned cart follow-ups, and feedback.

Track daily sales, competition pricing, discounts, offers, and store performance.

Analyse BuzzCart Analytics dashboards for product performance, conversion trends, sessions, and customer behaviour.

Coordinate with technical teams for bug reporting, UI/UX improvements, store setup updates, or new feature requests.
