Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at Kawach Ayurveda. T Get ₹14000 - ₹18000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• create shipment manifests using delivery partners such as Delhivery, xpressbee, etc..

• resolve delivery issues such as incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, or other challenges.

• Prevent Return to Origin (RTO) cases.

• Track and report shipment delays.

• Coordinate between delivery executives and customers.

• Update order information in the system, assign tracking numbers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong Communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
