Looking for E-commerce Manager for Amazon and Flipkart who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's sales and presence on the Amazon and other E-commerce marketplaces. This includes managing product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory, and customer interactions to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. They also analyze sales data, monitor performance, and develop strategies to stay competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Marketplace Management:
Managing product listings, including optimization for search and conversions, and ensuring accurate and compelling content.
Advertising & Promotions:
Planning and executing Amazon PPC campaigns, managing promotions like Lightning Deals and Coupons, and optimizing advertising spend for ROI.
Inventory Management & Fulfillment:
Coordinating with internal teams to manage inventory levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and optimize logistics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyzing sales data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Customer Service & Feedback:
Addressing customer inquiries, managing reviews, and maintaining a high seller rating and customer satisfaction.
Strategy & Planning:
Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to maximize sales, improve product visibility, and stay ahead of market trends.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of the latest Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify new opportunities.
