Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, product listings, and digital sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience and improved online performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Shopify store (product uploads, updates, pricing, inventory).
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords).
Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for banners, campaigns, and promotions.
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries through online channels.
Track and analyze sales performance and generate reports.
Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
Implement basic SEO practices to improve organic visibility.
Manage discount codes, offers, and seasonal campaigns on Shopify.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
